Search forms send the name, phone number, or address entered to the outside provider that supplies results. We do not retain a copy of those searches on our servers. A message sent to us includes only what its sender chooses to share, and we use that information to answer.
Information Logged Automatically
Our hosting systems may log an IP address, browser type, visited pages, and timestamps. Aggregate use helps diagnose failures and show which resources visitors use. Cookies or comparable tools may support basic traffic analysis and advertising measurement where applicable.
How We Use Information
Limited data supports site operation, troubleshooting, traffic measurement, and page improvements. We neither sell a visitor list nor create individual visitor profiles.
Privacy on Linked Services
Government portals, Clark County and Nevada offices, library resources, and outside search tools apply their own privacy terms. Information submitted after following a link is controlled by that destination. Sponsored search results are also operated by a separate provider.
Parties That Process Data
Hosting and support vendors process logs for us. Analytics or advertising services may receive the automatic information described above. We disclose data when valid legal process requires it and otherwise do not share visitor information.
Our Data Safeguards
An encrypted connection serves the site, and logs are kept only as long as the stated purposes require. Because there are no user accounts, we do not store a visitor password or account profile.
Visitors Under Age 18
This service is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect a minor's personal information. Contact us if such information was submitted so it can be removed.
Your Privacy Choices
Nevada's online-operator privacy law, NRS Chapter 603A, provides notice and certain request rights where its scope and exceptions apply. We can search our contact mailbox and available server logs for a valid request because we retain little information. Use the Contact page to reach us. Records held by North Las Vegas, Clark County, or Nevada agencies remain outside our control, so correction or removal questions about them must go to the responsible custodian.
